Helpful Hints for the Bride and Groom

Over the years we have been in business we have discovered many useful tips in planning your special day. The following information is to help you plan and enjoy your wedding and the days leading up to it.

The first question we usually encounter is "When do I have to order invitations?"
We normally suggest three to six months before the wedding. This allows time to produce your invitation ensemble and get it to you. You then have time to address them so that you can mail them six to eight weeks before the wedding.

"Why should I order extra invitations when I have my guest list set?"
Always order at least 25 extra invitations and envelopes to allow for addressing mistakes, keepsakes, and guests that may not have been in your original plans. It is less expensive to order the extra 25 when you place your order than it is to re-order a quantity of 25. We have seen it happen many times where a couple believes their guest list is set in stone, only to find they need to re-order due to changes or omissions. This adds a stress that can easily be avoided.

Save-the-Date Magnets and Cards are an excellent way to let your family and friends know about your upcoming wedding. A variety of 'Save-the-Date" options are available. It is suggested that you mail these as soon as you have a firm date for the wedding--at least three to four months in advance. If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know. We can create a custom piece for you.
